Day 11

This morning, after we arrived and cleaned some of the tanks, Rigo drove us to the Smithsonian headquarters in Panama City, since we still had to get our ID's and Rigo had to do some other stuff there. Afterwards, we ate something at the KFC, and went back to Gamboa. When we arrived, it was already afternoon, so we fed the frogs, and Rigo let us go a few minutes earlier, so that we could make it to the bus stop before it'd start raining. Luckily, the rain started after we got into the bus, and not before. A disadvantage about the cheap busses here (our 20km ride costs $0.65) is that the busses are, well, not in great shape, so the bus was leaking on a few spots. But I guess I shouldn't be complaining, since there were more than enough dry places left in the bus. After getting a ride home from a nice stranger who also lived in Cardenas, we played some FIFA, had breakfast, etc, and went to bed.
